Resilience Without Burning Out
Many people connect resilience with continuing at any cost. Keep going a little more, push a little harder, do not stop even when everything inside is already resisting. But that model often leads not to strength, but to burnout. Endurance without rhythm, recovery, and boundaries is a short-term strategy with a high cost.
Healthier resilience looks different. It is not only a matter of character, but of managing energy better. A person begins to see when they have capacity, when they need pause, and how to organize effort so it does not damage their own foundation.
