How Mental Models Improve Decisions
Better decisions rarely come from sudden inspiration alone. More often, they come from better inner structure that helps you evaluate a situation with more clarity. Mental models provide exactly that. They do not decide for you, but they reduce the chances of reacting too quickly under pressure, fear, or urgency.
Without a thinking framework, every new situation feels separate, complex, and overly urgent. With one, patterns start to appear. You see trade-offs, likely outcomes, and cause-and-effect relationships more clearly. That makes decisions more grounded and less emotionally chaotic.
