Emotional Intelligence in Business
Emotional intelligence in business is often underestimated because it does not look like a directly measurable asset. And yet it affects almost everything: communication, boundaries, trust, tension, and how people work together. Where emotional maturity is missing, many processes become slower, heavier, and more charged than they need to be.
Its strength is not in being endlessly soft or agreeable. Its strength is in recognizing what is happening inside you and between people without reacting impulsively. That creates a much more stable field for leadership, conversation, and decisions.
