Decision Fatigue in Business
Decision fatigue is one of those problems that may not look dramatic from the outside, yet it quietly weakens the quality of work from within. When a person makes too many decisions without enough pause, their mental energy gradually drops. Not only for big choices, but also for small judgments that begin to feel heavier than they should.
In business this becomes very visible. The day fills with micro-decisions, context switching, reactions, priorities, and small tensions. At some point, clear judgment declines. Then come rushed choices, delay around important issues, or the feeling that everything requires more effort than it should.
