Funding Is Not the Strategy

Capital can create room to move, but it cannot decide what the business should become. If the customer, offer, delivery model, or market position is unclear, more money may only make the confusion more expensive.

Funding is strongest when it supports a tested direction. The founder should know what the money will unlock, which assumptions it will test, and how progress will be measured.

The right capital supports strategy. It does not replace it.
